This action aims to minimize default payment happening recently in sharia bank due to funding mismanagement as well as create financial track record for an individual on ZIS level as a requirement on sharia bank financing. According to this urgency, there is an attempt to creating synergy between sharia bank and ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, Sodaqoh) institution in terms of empowerment.

This study aims to describe the development of ZIS’s institution in a role of distributor of social funding in Indonesia, thus to establish the framework of Sharia Bank and ZIS’s Institution Synergy as the ways to mitigating default payment and boost financial inclusion in Indonesia.
